I ordered my 2023 XC90 Hybrid in February 2022 and received it in October 2022. Excellent SUV - worth the wait. I have a S90 as well. Love these Volvo's - My insurance went down because of all the safety features. Beats same class BMW and Audi. Love the features. Very smooth low noise inside the cabin, lots of power. No Android Auto yet, hoping it will be there in the next software release. In 2023 they took out the wireless phone charger hope they repositioned it instead of taking it out. Should have created a space for the driver and passenger to keep their phones while driving - in 2023 everyone has a cell phone. Jerry Vidal was my sales consultant, and he is excellent to work with. The managers Guillermo Alarcon and Luis Sotillo are excellent to work with. This dealership takes care of their customers before and after the sale.

Because of the exceptional car of our Sales Advisor Jerry Vidal and the entire acquisition team, I came back to Weston Volvo for a second lease within 30 days of my first lease. Jerry could have easily backed down and released the XC60 he was holding for me beyond the allotted 48 hours, but he kept his word and was persistent in not releasing the vehicle to another buyer without validating I was still interested in the vehicle. Allowed me to drop it off after hours. Even though there was not supposed to be a time available to work on it Saturday, they made room and got it done. Great work. Also like that an actual service advisor answers the phone instead of a call center. This is why I chose Weston to begin with, because Coral Springs would be much closer. However, they use a call center of folks who know nothing about cars or car service.

I'm 51 years old and i hate getting cars serviced, until now. i had a 8:00 am appointment and i arrived early. At 7:52 a service tech was at my window, confirming my name and asking me to follow inside. By 7:57 i had signed my service waiver and they were already driving my auto to the garage area. Once inside the waiting area i was further impressed. All types of chairs had access to the multiple tv's and were all socially distanced properly. there were muffins, danishes, coffee and refrigerated water available as well. i found a comfy chair by the (2) tv sets in the hallway. i noticed a lot of staff use that hallway to transit but all were noticeably trained in wearing masks and keeping proper distancing at all times. They gave you a warm greeting with their eyes and moved along smartly. I was so comfortable i dozed off until the service tech woke me around 09:20 to give me my keys and send me on my way. This is my first Volvo and was my first service with my Volvo, everything I'd ever heard about elite standards that brand stood for has been met or surpassed so far and my worries about dealing with this in the Covid 19 era were quickly put to ease. For the first time ever for me, i am not dreading my next service appointment. Thanks

Buying (leasing) the car, which tends to be tedious and long, was a very unique experience.
