As stated many times, the service is exceptional led by the team of Nick Palenzuels and Randy Ramos. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They make you feel like part of the Weston family and treat you as one. My recent experience with Safelite recommended by the insurance company for a shattered window was a nightmare . Randy took charge and called them to clarify the procedure to fix the window . They could not do it . Randy confirmed that Weston Volvo would do it with the approval by the insurance company. He provided me a loaner while the window was being replaced. One of many reasons that Weston service department deserved all the accolades.

Nick in his own rights is an ardent customer servant who time and again with his excellent communication skills, business acumen and invaluable experience and just point blank a naturally good person diffuses any situation that could be contentious. For example, I was not too happy when I learnt of additional surcharge on credit card transactions but Nick's approach and his attitude made me melt. Why? It is prevalent in the business as the charge is mentioned upfront where other businesses would mask it but with integrity and utmost candor, Nick took time to explain as to why the surcharge is necessary due to additional cost to the business that doesn't benefit the company perse but a necessary evil in the industry. At any rate, with my education with an MBA in International Marketing and experience, any additional cost is passed on to the consumer, transaction fees being part of that equation. Most important, without any fanfare, I would pay extra to any business that treats its customers with respect. Weston Volvo Service Department is absolutely and without a doubt one of those establishments. I have come to develop a close business relationship with Weston Volvo with Nick, Adam, Randy, Amanda and Juan, knowing that each time I come to them, walking that door, that I would be treated with respect and a valued customer. One cannot ask for more. In fact, I consider Weston Volvo as one of my shopping destinations such as Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue etc. With the above being true, why go anywhere else. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Nick. Adam and the entire team as they earned my trust and respect over the years. Their motto is simply, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOB #1..

I ordered my 2023 XC90 Hybrid in February 2022 and received it in October 2022. Excellent SUV - worth the wait. I have a S90 as well. Love these Volvo's - My insurance went down because of all the safety features. Beats same class BMW and Audi. Love the features. Very smooth low noise inside the cabin, lots of power. No Android Auto yet, hoping it will be there in the next software release. In 2023 they took out the wireless phone charger hope they repositioned it instead of taking it out. Should have created a space for the driver and passenger to keep their phones while driving - in 2023 everyone has a cell phone. Jerry Vidal was my sales consultant, and he is excellent to work with. The managers Guillermo Alarcon and Luis Sotillo are excellent to work with. This dealership takes care of their customers before and after the sale.

Because of the exceptional car of our Sales Advisor Jerry Vidal and the entire acquisition team, I came back to Weston Volvo for a second lease within 30 days of my first lease. I'm 51 years old and i hate getting cars serviced, until now. i had a 8:00 am appointment and i arrived early. At 7:52 a service tech was at my window, confirming my name and asking me to follow inside. By 7:57 i had signed my service waiver and they were already driving my auto to the garage area. Once inside the waiting area i was further impressed. All types of chairs had access to the multiple tv's and were all socially distanced properly. there were muffins, danishes, coffee and refrigerated water available as well. i found a comfy chair by the (2) tv sets in the hallway. i noticed a lot of staff use that hallway to transit but all were noticeably trained in wearing masks and keeping proper distancing at all times. They gave you a warm greeting with their eyes and moved along smartly. I was so comfortable i dozed off until the service tech woke me around 09:20 to give me my keys and send me on my way. This is my first Volvo and was my first service with my Volvo, everything I'd ever heard about elite standards that brand stood for has been met or surpassed so far and my worries about dealing with this in the Covid 19 era were quickly put to ease. For the first time ever for me, i am not dreading my next service appointment. Thanks

Buying (leasing) the car, which tends to be tedious and long, was a very unique experience.
